Join icon fashion house Aje as the Senior Applications Specialist at our Aje Head Office in Surry Hills.About this opportunity: Administer and manage the ERP system and related interfaces Analyse and assess the ERP system including POS solutions, integrations, product management, inventory, purchasing, and reporting Develop and execute end-to-end testing plans for systems and processes in order to continuously enhance the user experience and to capture current or future issues. Identify future integration opportunities and propose solutions that are easily maintainable and transferable Drive, own and support system implementations, upgrades and modifications Manage the operational maintenance of ERP access to increase security by overseeing access allocation Create, maintain, and manage all supporting ERP documentation to ensure all employees are up to date with the latest updates Maintain and execute database backup policies Create and administer a Disaster Recovery plan for the ERP and subsequent interfaces Create and host training sessions for relevant employees on new processes Deliver technical support to end-users as well as functional support, running an in-house Helpdesks, resolving and managing technical issues, and escalating issues with vendors and third-party providers Manage and communicate maintenance schedules to the team to minimise disruptions to the business Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, software developers/vendors, support teams and end-users to improve the IT process that capture the business requirements Stay up to date and partner with their ERP System provider by attending user days, conferences and taking part in online forum You will bring: 4+ year's experience in Retail, eCommerce, and Wholesale IT & ERP environment Demonstrated experience using AP21 is required Oracle Database administration experience including data cleansing and migration Proven ability to analyse business processes and implement solutions using AP21 Demonstrated experience initiating projects and seeing it through to fruition Continuous ability to adapt to changing business needs in order to make improvements that increase commercial outcomes and profitability Strong communication skills to effectively train and mentor a variety of internal stakeholders and employees Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills Commercially aware mindset that allows you to have an understanding of business processes and procedures across finance, merchandising and distribution What do we offer?
