Job Description SummaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scheduling Officer to join Service Stream in our Clayton South office.
About the RoleService Stream's Techsafe division are currently seeking a Scheduling Officer to join our growing company.
You will be responsible for contributing to the profitability and growth of Service Stream by performing administrative duties to support the TechSafe's contracts, whilst adhering to relevant statutory legislation and Service Streams Policies and Procedures.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time (Hybrid working arrangement)
Location: Clayton South, VIC
Reporting Line: Operations Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the smooth delivery of administrative duties including allocating, dispatching and redistributing work to the field.Provide assistance with inbound (reception) calls and queries.Understand and manage all work to pre-determined KPI's set out by client or internally.Liaise and provide support to field resource to ensure work requests are completed.Analyse field resource productivity and performance.Manage and undertake the return of work daily or as required.
Perform associated data entry as required.Daily allocation of all ad hoc requests including faults, appointments and miscellaneous jobs.Provide excellent customer service and ensure all dealings with customers / clients are professional and polite.Undertake administration associated with billing / invoicing activities.Working efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databases.Assist other members of the administration team where required.Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer.Any other duties as required by Supervisor / Management.About YouMinimum 12 months experience in an office environment is essential.Competencies in suite of MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook.Excellent organisational and administration skills.High level attention to detail.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Able to work discretely with sensitive and confidential information.Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.The ability to work autonomously.Positive, proactive professional approach and willingness to 'own the job' until completion.About UsService Stream is an equal opportunity ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia's essential services networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.
