Your New Opportunity We're on the lookout for an experienced Client Services Manager to help lead our client's team and provide exceptional service to their clients.

What you'll be doing You will manage relationships with our clients and deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint, fostering strong relationships, a sense of urgency around delivery and ensure that the client isn't in the dark and wondering what's going onYou'll keep a watchful eye on WIP (Work In Progress) – deploying your highly developed stakeholder management to identify the roadblocks, solve problems and allow work and projects to be completed in a timely mannerParticipate in and/or independently lead client meetings to provide strategic advice and insightsConduct analytical reviews of both your work and the teams to identify both opportunities and potential risks for clientsReview and sign off on client work confidently, ensuring accuracy and complianceDraft detailed financial, taxation, and investment advice working in tandem with Partners & Directors on special projectsOffer technical guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional developmentProvide strategies for Division 7A compliance, with a demonstrable strong technical understandingResearch complex technical matters and compile insights to support decision-makingDrive innovation and improvements within the team, enhancing productivity and efficiencyLead from the front, modelling a collaborative culture - actively contributing to workplace groups and firm-wide initiativesEssential Skills for the Successful Candidate 4 - 6 years (or more) of experience in public practice accounting firms within Australia, with a highly developed understanding of Australian tax legislation & framework (ITAA, TAA) as well as accounting practices and client management.A CA or CPA qualification – completed, or near completionHighly developed stakeholder management – internal and externalA passion for leadership, collaboration, and mentoring, with a commitment to team growthStrong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectivelyA proactive approach to client service and business growth, with a commitment to continuous improvementWhy Join Us?
