About Our Client

Job Description
o Process and reconcile supplier invoices, statements, and month-end reports (including accruals and balance sheet to P&L)
o Handle credit card, fleet card, phone account processing, and overseas payments
o Manage purchase orders, freight documents, and reconcile invoices
o Prepare payment batches, manage debt collection, and audit suppliers monthly
o Reconcile customer accounts, issue statements, and process credit applications
o Maintain office supplies, review accounts on credit hold, and perform additional duties as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Officer should have:
o 2+ years prior experience in a similar role
o Proficiency in a range of ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite including excellent Excel skills
o Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
o Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
o Ability to forward think and take initiative
