About the Position. As a Project Engineer, you will work closely alongside a Project Manager, Site Engineer, Site Manager, Foreman and Cadet. Upon your commencement, you will be involved in the delivery of a number of fit-out & refurbishment projects. You will be required to work both autonomously and within a team. Manage and track project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures Assist in the preparation and review of project contracts, change orders, and RFIs Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure the site team adheres to safety guidelines Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project progression Lead the coordination of design and construction documents to ensure seamless execution of the project Skills & Experience. Tertiary or trade Qualification in a building-related discipline is preferable Proven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes and a Site/Project Engineer or similar Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers Proven understanding of construction process and project management methodologies Culture.
