As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
* Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
* Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.

Goodstart Early Learning Wentworthville invites a passionate and enthusiastic leader to join our team as Centre Director. Our centre has been an integral part of the community, nestled in a residential area conveniently located close to Westmead Hospital, with excellent access to public transport and plenty of parking for staff. Our team culture is built around the inclusion of all children and support for vulnerable families. Inclusion is our great passion, and we require a leader who supports this.
Join us in leading a dynamic team of 15 Early Childhood Professionals, including 2 Early Childhood Teachers, at our vibrant 48-place centre !
* Leadership Role: Lead and mentor a passionate team dedicated to early childhood education.

You’ll need:
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check.
* Experience with leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
* Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
