As Integrated Case Management Caseworker, you will specifically:
• Deliver best practice statutory casework services to young people with minimal supervision using high level assessment and intervention skills to deliver integrated and culturally appropriate services, including intensive weekly engagement with families, community organisations and other key stakeholders, in accordance with the legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
• Prepare and present information and evidence to the Children's Court, including an ability to conduct pre and post court interviews, liaise with key court stakeholders and prepare pre-sentence reports, affidavits and other documentation as required.
• Engage with and establish partnerships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and service providers, in a number of local areas, to establish an appropriate therapeutic alliance to achieve quality casework outcomes.
• Provision and effective coordination of the therapeutic alliance, formulating a singular case plan with consistent action orientated goals to support the young person and their family members. This may include assisting a parent/guardian, sibling and/or young person to obtain
