Description An exciting opportunity exists for a workers' compensation professional to join our Workplace Risk Practice in the Sydney office.The Workplace Risk Practice is the leading provider of strategic workplace risk services to Australia's Top 500 companies.Reporting to the NSW State Manager (Workplace Risk), the primary focus of this role will be to provide strategic workers' compensation advice to support our clients' workplace risk programs.This is a 12 month-contract role.The Role Provide our clients and stakeholders expert strategic advice in claims and injury management, policy, and premium management Completing data analysis and reporting on injury and claim trends, financial overview and premium impact across national Workers' Compensation programs Program manage client portfolios to deliver value to all stakeholders Providing Outsourced Return to Work support services for a range of clients Engaging our strategic partners to deliver value to our clients Be an active member of our consultancy team, willingly working on assigned projects and developing team members knowledge and skills Support the Insurance Brokers as a technical expert in all aspects of Workers' Compensation Qualifications The Requirements Previous exposure to National Workers' Compensation arrangements Previous experience working for a broker, employer or workers compensation agent/insurer Previous exposure to policy and premium management across the National Workers' Compensation landscape Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Proven ability to organise, prioritise, project manage and work well under pressure A team player with the ability to demonstrate credibility and gain trust A qualification in Allied Health, or equivalent work experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
