This is a fixed-term contract role to end April 2026.Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of 3 Designers to implement brand look and feel across Bras N Things and Berlei, in line with brand guidelines. From concept and creative development to finished art, print and production management digital design, the role is focused on delivering brand impact through the implementation of beautiful, added value graphic design solutions.As well as supporting a team of talented Graphic Designers, this role also oversees the workflow of incoming jobs and participates in key cross-company projects. Communication, collaboration and keeping calm under pressure are all crucial in the success of this role.What experience/skills do I have?Advanced computer skills – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office8-10 years experience in agency or in-house design studioMin 5 years team management experienceUnderstanding of printing capabilities – local and overseas marketsKnowledge of packaging and raw materials desirableQualifications in Graphic DesignExpert knowledge of project management tools, resource planning and digital asset management with experience building processes and systems for scale as volume increasesProven experience of effectively managing large-scale projects from brief through to deliveryExceptional organisational skills when it comes to both managing work and organising teams to get the necessary resultsYou are good with people all across the business and can handle conversations where you're negotiating timelines and priorities
