You will respond to enquiries and solve issues with lightning speed and accuracy over the phone, via our ticketing system (HubSpot) and by email.You will be required to:Provide superior customer support via Chat, Phone and EmailManage technical account queries on behalf of our team of Account ManagersMaintain our service platform, HubSpot, our ERP and uniform management system on behalf of clientsCustomise our knowledge hub content for our end usersBrief internal stakeholders on client requirements and feedback to help us become 1% better every dayLiaise with management, administration and production team members to ensure commitments made to clients are achievableRepresent the business with your warm personality and lightning fast follow-upHold your ground, have integrity and build rock solid relationships with clientsThis is a full-time autonomous role where you will be required to prioritise your workload and feedback critical information to Sales, Digital and Operations Teams.Requirements:3+ years in a similar role with Customer Service experienceExperience using customer support software such as HubSpotProficiency using ERP systems (we currently use Cin7 but transition to NetSuite in April)Superior professional written and verbal communication skillsExperience building relationships with technical and non-technical teamsAbility to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including C-SuiteSuperior organisational and time management skillsProactive with a high level attention to detailAbility and willingness to work in an autonomous environmentIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Google WorkspaceThis is an on-site full-time roleWhere you'll workOur custom designed HQ is in the heart of Fortitude Valley, a stone's throw away from the James St precinct.
