About the Role: As WHS Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting the WHS team by helping implement health and safety programs, procedures, and processes. Your role will ensure that all safety and compliance requirements are met, maintaining a safe workplace for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Provide essential administrative support to the WHS team, keeping all records up-to-date and compliant. Oversee the purchasing and maintenance of safety equipment, ensuring all resources are service-ready. Manage the training and license matrix, ensuring employees’ certifications and skills are current. Coordinate and document service schedules for WHS equipment and maintain thorough service records. Offer incident support and assist the WHS Supervisor in compiling accurate data for reporting purposes. Handle WHS reporting as required and contribute to additional duties to support the team’s overall function.
