Role Overview As we migrate our ERP to Peercore.cloud, our cloud-based ERP solution, we are seeking a Business Analyst (ICT Business Analyst) to collaborate with stakeholders and analyze business processes, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, to facilitate a seamless transition. This role requires expertise in system workflows, food industry process understanding, and cloud-based system functionality.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and developers, to define business requirements for the Peercore.cloud ERP migration.Analyze existing Peercore ERP workflows, with a particular focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, to identify areas for improvement during cloud migration.Develop and document functional specifications, user stories, and process flows tailored to Peercore.cloud.Work closely with the development team to translate business needs into technical requirements.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), define test cases, and ensure business needs are met in the new cloud environment.Support data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.Engage with clients to gather feedback and refine the Peercore.cloud ERP offering.Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams and customers during and post-migration.Stay updated with industry trends in ERP and cloud-based solutions to enhance Peercore's offerings.Qualifications & Experience A post graduate degree in Business Information Management and Systems.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP systems, preferably in the food manufacturing and distribution industry, with prior experience in Peercore ERP being an advantage.Hands-on experience in the finance domain including online payment schemes.Experience in product and process migration.Familiarity with data migration, cloud-based systems and food ERPs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, developers, and end-users.Strong documentation skills for user manuals, training materials, and functional specifications.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.Renumeration The position offers a competitive salary of $74,000 per annum + super. This is a full-time position.
