Projects range from $1m - $200m +; this opportunity gives an experienced contracts administrator the chance to work on a large variety of project types.
The Role A Contracts Administrator role where you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and overseeing all CA responsibilities for a diverse range of fit-out projects. Procurement, package, and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account. Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments, and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint. Monthly budget management and reporting. Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget. Experience/Qualifications Required Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent. A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ years with experience in commercial build projects in Australia is essential.
