Job Summary
Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects up to $2M, working on exciting Design & Construct projects across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and project teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Salary and Benefits
1. A competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus a vehicle and superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects up to $2M.
2. Work on exciting Design & Construct projects across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Mechanical/HVAC Estimator in commercial projects.
2. Strong knowledge of design and construct principles.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
