Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store Assist customers with their enquiries and provide product knowledge Introduce customers to the 'Umart' way and create a positive shopping experience Offer warranty and general tech troubleshooting services to customers Maintain a high level of customer service at all times Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and developments Maintain a clean and organized work area Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience in a similar customer service role Good understanding of computers and technology Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Good organisational and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Technical certification in computer hardware or related field Experience in retail eCommerce or computer parts and peripherals industry
