About You
At our core, we're looking for exceptional humans who:
1. Can teach one or more of these styles: Muscial Theatre, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Pre-school dance.
2. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Demonstrate reliability and organisational prowess.
4. Thrive on feedback and collaboration.
5. Advocate for accessibility and inclusion for all community members.
6. Exude passion for their role, our team, and our guests.
7. Cherish the creative arts.
We seek candidates with a Dance Teaching or Acrobatic Arts qualification, or similar.
For Pre-School classes a dance qualification is not required - child care experts welcome to apply with Pre-School dance specific training available.
Qualification and Education Requirements
8. Cert IV, Diploma or Degree in Dance / Dance Teaching
9. Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
10. Current CPR Certificate
11. Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
12. National Police Check
