Location:Charmhaven
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 6:30 am starts
About The Client:
Our Client is a leading provider of Steel reinforcement solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products to their Customers, are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our factory operations as a General Hand.
Responsibilities:
As a General Hand, your primary responsibilities will include:
Picking Reo Mesh:
1. Efficiently and accurately pick reo mesh according to orders.
2. Ensure the quality and quantity of materials meet company standards.
Loading and Unloading Trucks:
3. Safely load and unload trucks with the required materials.
4. Follow proper lifting and handling procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Operating Gantry Crane:
5. Operate a Gantry crane to move materials within the factory.
6. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during crane operations.
Reading Packing Lists:
7. Read and understand packing lists to accurately pick and fulfill orders.
8. Maintain attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
9. Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of the role.
10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
11. Ability to read and comprehend packing lists.
12. Willingness to undergo training in operating a Gantry crane and other relevant tasks.
13. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
14. Ability to pass Police clearance
