This role involves managing the front desk, handling patient communications, and supporting both the clinical and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, experience with D4W management software, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.Key Responsibilities:Patient Interaction and Front Desk Management:Welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner.Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.Schedule and manage patient appointments using D4W dental management software.Ensure all patient information is recorded accurately and kept confidential.Administrative Duties:Maintain and update patient records.Handle billing, process payments, and manage insurance claims.Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office correspondence.Patient Care Coordination:Confirm appointments and follow up with patients regarding upcoming visits or treatment plans.Provide patients with information regarding treatments, costs, and practice policies.Assist in explaining insurance benefits and managing any payment-related concerns.Collaboration with Clinical Team:Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other dental staff to ensure a smooth workflow.Communicate patient needs or changes in appointments to the clinical team.Office and Waiting Area Maintenance:Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional at all times.Monitor patient waiting times and communicate any delays.Saturday Work:Available to work every second Saturday, ensuring consistent patient care even on weekends.
