THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the administration team, this position is based at our Coolum Beach Office. Primarily, it serves as the professional point of contact for visitors both over the phone and in person. This role also involves booking customer service jobs, qualifying sales inquiries, and managing incoming customer communications through various channels. Success in this role requires exceptional customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Additionally, individuals with skills in accounts and invoicing may contribute in those areas.
Key responsibilities will include:
* General meet and greet Reception duties with a high level of customer service
* Greeting and welcoming customers and processing their sales and payments
* Assisting with the Scheduling of Service bookings & Garage Door installations
* Manage Real Estate & Body Corporate preventative maintenance contracts
* Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, banking etc.
* Undertaking ad hoc administrative duties as required
* Manage all showroom enquires & allocate leads to Sale Representatives
YOUR SKILLS
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Prior experience in customer service and administrative roles
* The ability to thrive in a dynamic and busy environment as a team player
* A passion for customer service with a personable and approachable demeanor
* Intermediate computer skills, proficiency in MS Office
* Administration and document management practices
* Robust procedural skills and the focus to follow systems accurately and consistently
* Sound knowledge of the local Sunshine Coast area
* Experience in a similar role within Garage Door, Real Estate or Building industry desirable
* CRM software experience is desirable, and experience in Service Max an advantage
