LINKS Trauma Healing Service (LINKS) delivers trauma-focused, evidence-based support to children in out-of-home care. The program seeks to decrease trauma symptoms, increase psychological wellbeing and improve behavioural and emotional functioning for this cohort of young people.Work within a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to provide holistic assessment and intervention plans for children, young people, families and carers.Specialise in trauma-informed therapeutic assessment and intervention (e.g. TF-CBT and EMDR).Equip staff through training and reflective practice sessions.Provide specialist consultation to guide casework practice.If you are a motivated team player, value building connections within the community, resilient in challenging situations, committed to evidence-based practice and bringing about change in vulnerable children's lives, we encourage you to apply.
