The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at Clark Rubber Broome. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of retail assistants, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high standards of customer service. Sales & Customer Service: Lead by example to provide outstanding service, handle complex customer queries, and drive store sales. Operations: Oversee daily store operations including stock management, point of sale transactions, and store presentation. Training & Development: Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, including receiving and recording deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Store Presentation: Ensure the store is clean and well-organized to enhance the customer shopping experience. Qualifications & Skills: Experience with pool testing and maintenance is desirable. Proven experience in a retail management role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Computer literacy is essential, with experience in retail management systems preferred.
