About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As the Office Administrator, some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Issuing purchase orders
* Tracking site hours against budgets
* General administration tasks to ensure efficient operation
* Liaising with clients and guiding them throughout the project
* Working with suppliers to obtain and follow up on quotes and orders
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Must have 3+ years experience as an administrator in building & construction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proven experience in office administration roles
* The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset
