Role Description This is a contract role for an NDIS Support Coordinator. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating support services for clients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient service delivery. As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to understand their plans and navigate the services available to them. This position involves working collaboratively with individuals, their families, and service providers to enhance the participant's capability to manage their own supports, achieve their goals, and lead a more independent life.
