You will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding facility-related matters.
Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use in coordinating committee meetings, organising events, maintaining records, administering financial tasks, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Your responsibilities will also extend to assisting with onboarding new staff members.
In addition to these duties, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Clinical Skills Program by assisting with equipment preparation.Assist the Facility Coordinator in managing building facilities and services, including student accommodation.Respond to maintenance requests, coordinate routine inspections, and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.Support the allocation and management of student accommodation.Act as a liaison between students and the Facility Coordinator to address accommodation-related concerns.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the facility.Coordinate committee and meeting activities, including booking rooms, scheduling meetings, drafting relevant documentation, taking minutes, and managing RSVPs.Provide administrative support, including document maintenance, recordkeeping, preparing routine correspondence, and managing mail distribution.Administer financial tasks such as managing payments, reimbursements, and other expenses in line with university policies and procedures.Assist with onboarding new staff.What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Administration and Facilities Assistant position brings a wealth of experience in facility coordination or project management.
