Mercedes-Benz Sydney - Administrator Located in the heart of Alexandria Sydney, we are currently seeking a highly organised and strong Administrator to join our team. This 6-month fixed-term contract is an exciting opportunity to manage a variety of administrative responsibilities specifically supporting and contributing to the overall success of our HR operations. HR Administration Duties Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes and related administration tasks. Maintain and oversee the online learning system (GEMS). Ensure the Human Resources software/programs are regularly updated and reflect the current environment (FLARE HR) Administer HR programs and allowances as per the appropriate system (ALICE) Handle training and development enrolments and coordinate related activities (GTLS) Provide ad hoc support for HR projects when required About You Previous experience in a similar administration-heavy role. ( HR Experiences not necessary) Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work across a number of systems/platforms (training provided). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good problem-solving abilities and time management skills. Proven ability to manage sensitive information.
