About the role As the Branch Manager, Dubbo Commercial Real Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations and leading a close-knit team of 8 commercial Sales and Leasing representatives, Property Managers and Administration staff.
As an experienced leader, you will effectively engage, inspire and empower the team to continue delivering award winning customer-focussed results while achieving and exceeding earning targets.
Working closely with the Area Manager and state Real Estate Sales Executive, you will provide input to shape the branch targets and annual budgeting.

Responsibilities As a Branch Manager, you will: Lead and support the sales and property management teams to achieve agreed targets Engage with and support key clients and customers Identify, promote and coordinate areas for training and development for the team with State Operations support Manage, and be accountable for, the delivery of agreed profit outcomes Continually seek process improvement to build efficiency and new technological options that improve work functions and enhance client experiences Engage with the wider Elders Real Estate network as team approach bringing ideas, initiatives and problem-solving skills to the table About you To excel at Elders, you will have: Current Real Estate License/ Certificate and Driver License Demonstrated knowledge of operational planning and strong business acumen Ability to interpret, track and manage P&L, budgets and KPI's and proficiency with the Microsoft suite and CRMs Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices Strong people management skills including recruiting, training, performance managing Experience in sales/ property management and team leadership About Elders Elders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
