We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Manager to play a pivotal role in the effective operation of our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative support, as well as coordinate business activities. Utilizing their expertise in stakeholder relations, they will establish and maintain positive relationships with our retailers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the monthly billing and debtor collection process for assets in accordance with Stockland guidelines.
* Oversee centre accounts payable, prepare monthly accruals, and monitor expenditure.
* Act as the primary point of contact for accounts payable and debtor control.
* Manage petty cash funds and reconcile them on a monthly basis.
* Balance gift card funds and prepare reconciliations.
* Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure they meet agreed-upon standards and timelines.
* Lead and supervise the Administration Assistant.
About You
* Demonstrated high-level administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Financial management literacy.
* Understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes.
* Sound knowledge of computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and record management systems.
* Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
* Ability to exercise initiative and maintain confidentiality.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* High level of personal presentation.
