Your leadership makes a tangible impact—not just within your team, but across the organisation and the broader community.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead and Develop High-Performing Teams – oversee teams to ensure compliance and top-tier service.Operational Efficiency & Compliance – develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring adherence to Australian security regulations, WHS standards, and company policies.Strategic Leadership – Align operational strategies with NHG’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.Technology Driven Processes – Utilise internal systems such as to streamline and optimise operations.Roster and Budget Oversight – Manage workforce allocations, operational budgets, and efficiency metrics.Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to enhance service delivery and contract compliance.Crisis & Incident Management – Lead critical incident response, ensuring effective problem resolution, reporting, and risk mitigation.Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for innovation and operational enhancements, ensuring NHG remains at the forefront of the security and cleaning industries.Goals you’ll achieve in your first three monthsClient Engagement—Meet with all clients within your portfolio at least every 14 days, tracked through HubSpot, to ensure consistent communication and relationship management.Rostering & Coordination Meetings – Achieve 100% weekly rostering and coordination meetings with set agendas.
