THE ROLE
As a Practice Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Performing a range of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and supporting team members with various tasks as needed.
* Efficiently managing calendars and email correspondence, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments, court dates, and meetings while maintaining clear and professional communication.
* Compiling and preparing legal documents and briefs, in line with deadlines.
* Mediation room management in the office.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Experience as a legal secretary or within the professional services sector is desirable.
* Strong administrative skills and ability to accurately manage complex information.
* Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience under pressure.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Demonstrates high energy and professionalism in front-facing client interactions, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at all times.
* Proficient in MS Office, Action Step, NetDocs.
