The Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of their various arms of hospitality. Initially this includes their Restaurant, Cellar Door, Flight Club, Accommodation and Events in The Hills, as they develop over the next 6 months, it will also include an additional restaurant, a tasting room, kiosk and function venue in Australia.
Skills & Experience
* Train and mentor staff in and wine and sales, helping the team deliver sales targets and meet their KPI's
* Drive wine club recruitment and retention at Cellar Door
* Undertake administrative tasks including software maintenance ensuring all menu changes, daily specials, pricing, and surcharges are updated and communicated accordingly
* Restaurant & Cellar door management experience
* Assist Hospitality Director with tours and events where required
