In this role, you will be part of a dynamic group responsible for the assessment and review of over 500 development applications (DA's) per year across an area of approximately 290km2.

Reviewing and assessing development applications (DA's).Providing advice on development proposals and land use matters.Conducting on-site inspections of developments and land.Collaborating with various stakeholders, including the general public, developers, elected representatives, and other Council staff.About you: Recognised tertiary qualifications in town planning.Prior experience in a similar role within Development AssessmentA valid driver's license.Knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, the Local Government Act, and relevant environmental legislation.High level communication and problem-solving skills.Eligibility for Corporate membership with the Planning Institute Australia.Keen To Learn More?
