Position: Concrete Plant Loader Operator - Yard Person (RE-ADVERTISED)

A vacancy exists at Blackwoods for a Loader Operator - Yard Person at our facility in Warragul. As a Loader Operator - Yard Person, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a modern Loader (Hitachi 220) supplying concrete materials to the plant and regular plant housekeeping tasks.
This is a full-time position and subject to annual performance reviews.
Key duties for this position include:
* Safe operation of the loader
* Loading concrete batches in an accurate and timely manner
* Housekeeping duties within the concrete plant - including maintaining stock levels
* Plant start up and shut down procedures
* Ensure safety standards are maintained including daily pre-start checks on the loader
* General maintenance and other tasks around the plant as directed
Loader experience is essential in the role. Experience in a concrete batch plant is an advantage but not essential.
Ordinary hours of work will be 40-55 hours per week, including alternate Saturdays.
