The Assistant Property Manager will support the property management team in day-to-day
operations, including tenant relations, property maintenance, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the management of property maintenance and repairs.
• Handle tenant inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property services.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Previous experience in property management or a related field is desirable.
