About the role
This role provides advanced advice and support functions relating to relevant systems including, but not limited to, the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), S4HANA, SAP, Fleet Systems, QContracts, and ProMaster to support the SIA Branch in the delivery of Infrastructure and Assets, Emergency and Resilience Management and Sustainability and Performance Management including Fleet activities across the West Moreton Hospital and Health Service.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
1. Proven excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external clients while working autonomously, prioritising workload, maintaining confidentiality, and establishing good work practices focusing on service delivery.
2. Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to work with relevant stakeholders to meet the requirements of the organisation, the contracts, and the branch and to maximise efficiency and work outputs.
3. Proven ability to provide high level administrative support, and high-level systems support in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CMMS particularly S4HANA and other relevant systems to maximise efficiency and work outputs.
4. Proven ability to provide solutions to specific situations or issues relating to systems administration, enhancements, etc. Willingness to effectively develop the skills of other administration staff through demonstration and on-the-job coaching and guidance.Ability to work cooperatively, collaboratively, and effectively within a team environment by sharing information, openly communicating, managing change, having respect, and including all team members in discussions.
Mandatory Requirements:
5. While not mandatory, a relevant qualification such as a Certificate IV Business / Business Administration would be well regarded.
6. It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment as required by HED 01/16 Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) Requirements/HR Policy B1 [measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B], hepatitis A.
