**Your Purpose as a Mental Health Coach**
* Deliver mental health coaching services to Tasmanian emergency services
* Conduct assessments and provide counselling to support individuals in navigating complex rehabilitation plans
* Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured and ill workers and educate employers on the health benefits of good work

**Requirements**
* Tertiary qualification and registration with AHPRA (Provisional or Full)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
