About the role:To continue in delivering for our customers and community, we have embarked on a number of transformative projects and are seeking a Contracts and Procurement Specialist to join our Strategic Projects Team.
This role will lead the procurement and coordinate the tender, creation and management of contracts for the strategic project portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Work with Project Managers to tender, negotiate and award contracts for significant machine refurbishments and project worksAdministration and management of commercial contracts including transition supportManage the end-to-end tender process for strategic projectsLead the procurement for the project team including site facilities, parts and servicesLead the OEM engagement including site visitsDesired Skills and Experience:What we are looking for: Relevant qualification or adept experience in procurement, project management, contracts, law or related areaExperience in tendering, development, and review of high-value commercial contractsAn understanding of contracts and insurance lawPrior exposure in owner-operator contracts for critical infrastructureExcellent communication, negotiation and time management skillsBenefits: Competitive Remuneration, including 18.5% SuperannuationWork to Live Culture, including generous leave entitlementsHealth and Wellbeing benefits; gym membership/ on-site gyms, exercise physiologists, personal health assessments, Employee Assistance Program.For initial inquiries or assistance with your application, please call Adrian Button or Jess O'Neill from Beilby Downing Teal on .
