They operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment that rewards performance and fosters growth. Job Description Manage and grow key accounts within the FMCG sector in NSW. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Analyse market trends and sales data to inform business decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Closely work with QA, R&D and other relevant departments to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and the clients needs are met Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives The Successful Applicant A successful Key Account Manager NSW should have: 5 years working experience in sales/Key Account Management roles of the FMCG industry. Experience with either UHT cream, margarine, or chocolate.
