In April 2024, Lockton Australia was certified as a Great Place To Work company and featured on the Top 50 Workplaces for Women in 2023.If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, we have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Melbourne office as a Senior Associate in our Corporate Team.What will you be doing?Portfolio Management – End-to-end management of mid-market clients and support colleagues on larger accounts.Business Development – Contribute to new business activities and identify and develop new business prospects by cross-marketing.Relationship Building – Develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders, specifically insurance markets and distribution partners.Client Advice – Provide personalised advice to clients in all matters affecting their insurance program needs, including explaining insurance policy conditions, risks covered, premium rates and benefits, and to make recommendations on the amount and type of cover.Business Retention – Contribute to business retention activities.
