Overseeing the accounting department to manage spending and revenue growth is another key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will work with directors to plan for short and long-term goals.
**Requirements:**
* A minimum of 5 years experience in management, operations and leadership is required.
* Prior knowledge or experience in the concrete, civil or construction industry is considered highly advantageous.
* Proactive leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a positive team culture are essential.
* Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities to produce the highest level of results are necessary.
* Knowledge of site OH&S requirements is also required.
* A self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a rolled-up sleeves approach is ideal.
