We are seeking a talented Technical Business Analyst to be deeply involved in the technical aspects of project implementation, ensuring our technical solutions are aligned with and effectively address business needs.
This role requires a combination of business acumen and technical expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse complex business problems and recommend technical solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders, e.g. leveraging FHIR, HL7, cloud Infrastructure to address interoperability, data exchange and compliance needs.
* Facilitate design workshops and other engagement techniques to elicit business requirements.
* Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications in collaboration with IT architects, SME’s and vendors.
* Assess the impact of technologies used in healthcare on business operations, providing insights on risks, benefits and compliance.
* Work closely with architects and other IT professionals to design and review system architecture, ensuring scalability, security and alignment to business need.
* Oversee system integration testing and user acceptance testing to verify solutions meet business requirements, coordinating with Teams to resolve defects and ensure quality.
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear simple language
* Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery and transition to BAU.
* Oversee the review and analysis of existing application design to optimise functionality, workflows and usability including a gap analysis, within an agile framework.
* Work with the Clinical SMEs and Technical Teams to define acceptance criteria for key project deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst (healthcare/IT experience a bonus).
* Strong understanding of FHIR standards, HL7 Messaging, Cloud Based Architecture etc.
* Proven understanding of business processes and requirements elicitation Proficiency in technical areas such as system integration and application architecture and design principles.
* Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to analyse complex problems and conduct gap analysis.
* Knowledge of various technologies and their application in business contexts
* Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proficiency in a range of tools used in business analysis practice. Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
