Your roster will enable you to work under the guidance of our ECC Specialist, Team Leaders and Senior Clinicians to further develop your skills and knowledge. We will upskill you through tutorials and mentored training within your work hours.Initially, you’ll work closely with senior clinicians to build skills and confidence, progressing to hospital shifts with an increased caseload as you advance. We have carefully structured this role to balance day, night and swing shifts on a lifestyle roster which provides ample diversity. Shifts involve a combination of hospital and consulting shifts.
