On any given day, you will: Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of a portfolio of Search, Display & Social accounts. Develop, implement and optimise Search, Display & Social strategies to drive cost-efficient growth. Implement and optimise Search, Display & Social campaigns according to best practice principles. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies that support marketing campaigns. Conduct in-depth analysis and research to generate insights and identify new opportunities for growth. Effectively manage investment and performance targets through ongoing tracking, forecasting and reporting. Design experiments to improve customer journey and improve website conversion rates. Develop annual marketing strategy. Connect with technology partners and publishers to stay up to date with new features and industry trends. We'd love to hear from people who have: Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and media landscape in Australia, keeping up to date with industry changes. Minimum 5 years' experience across Programmatic and Paid Social & Search - agency side. Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and is a critical thinker. Strong campaign and project management skills. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using systems to create quality reporting and gleaning insights to drive business decisions & media strategy. A confident team player, you'll be solution-focused to manage challenges and multiple stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient across Google Marketing Platform including SA360, DV360 and Campaign Manager. Hands-on experience in paid social ad platforms including Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Twitter. Good understanding of measurement & analytics platforms - GA4. Exceptional at building internal and external relationships with the ability to work cross-functionally across a wide range of stakeholders & agency partners.
