Select how often (in days) to receive an alert :Senior People & Culture Business PartnerDate : 14 Mar 2025Location : Brisbane, QLD, AU, 4000Company : VentiaWhat's on offer :Maternity leave cover - Fixed term 12 months.This role despite being fixed term will have the ability to make a significant impact on a number of key P&C initiatives for our business lifting your professional profile as a Human Resources expert.You will be joining one of the largest essential service providers in Australia and New Zealand - ASX listed with a respected reputation supporting the communities we live and work within.Hybrid working - Split your time between the office and work from home.Flexible base location - Brisbane or Perth.About the Role :As our Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will report to our General Manager of People and Capability for our Infrastructure Resources sector and Partner with our Executive General Manager of the Rig & Wells Services business unit.You will provide proactive and strategic P&C advice to deliver high performance outcomes for our business leaders supporting key projects.This role offers a career enhancing opportunity to raise your professional profile leading and supporting complex strategic projects, implementing organisational change programs, uplifting leadership capability, and significant workforce organisational design transformation.You will be accountable for delivering a wide scope of generalist functions including employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, workforce planning, engagement, training and development, coaching and career talent management as well as internal mobility and Diversity and inclusion initiatives.Key Duties and Responsibilities :Execute people plans that directly enable delivery of business strategic goals.Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure people objectives and outcomes are achieved.Support the resolution of complex ER / IR risk and compliance review for upcoming legislative changes.Develop Talent and Organisational Design strategy to ensure the organisation has efficient structures in place to deliver.Lead change management initiatives and design management for successful change initiatives.Contribute to workforce planning actively to optimise efficiencies.Collaborate with internal functions including employee relations, people services, advisory and payroll teams to ensure people matters are dealt with in line with company policy.Key Knowledge and Experience :Demonstrated experience in a similar role – as a Senior P&C Business Partner within a complex, geographically dispersed business environment.Previous experience in the OD space, providing solutions to operational challenges.Knowledge and application of change and leadership capability uplift.Exposure to a heavily blue-collar workforce and demonstrated capability with ER / IR risk and compliance.Previous experience working in heavy industry is preferred.Excellent collaboration and communication skills – both verbal and written.About Ventia :Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
