They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage critical, end-to-end projects, ensuring successful delivery, and contributing to the ongoing success of the organisation. Key responsibilities include: End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication, and providing regular updates on project progress. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project delivery. Team Leadership & Coordination: Coordinate project teams, allocate resources, and drive progress towards key milestones. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, ideally in the NFP or public sector. Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage 2-3 projects concurrently and deliver results on time and within budget. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring transparency and clarity at every stage. Autonomy & Initiative: Ability to hit the ground running and work independently in a dynamic environment. Change Management Experience: Background in managing change is highly desirable, especially in environments undergoing transformation.
