The role This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering the flexibility to be based at either our North Lakes or Kawana office.You'll have the opportunity to work within our supportive team environment at the location that best suits your needs.The core purpose and function is to map business processes and customer journeys and use these to drive process and system improvements across the business in alignment with the wider organisational improvement strategy.The role involves information gathering, data analysis and the creation of clear and accurate business process maps to identify opportunities for improvement and support change delivery initiatives Understanding business objectives and mapping business processes accordingly Creating process maps and documentation aligned with the required standards and conventions Effectively engaging stakeholders and facilitating workshops to gather and document processes Working with change delivery teams to embedding changes into the organisation.Analyse existing processes in comparison with improved or proposed processes to identify gaps and/or necessary changes Conduct change impact assessment to identify impacts to other processes, teams or departments.Providing process reviews and recommending updates to solve business problems and deliver business outcomes.Assisting leaders to identify opportunities for improvement via data analysis and mapping, to meet organisational strategy objectives Identify opportunities for improvement, support and change delivery Work effectively as part of a change delivery team Influencing and liaising at all levels of the organisation to support engagement and change management Communication and Facilitation: Excellent interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills, with the proven ability to work at all levels of an organisation, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and tailor your communication style accordingly Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and manage upwards with confidence Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks.Champion a culture of risk and compliance across the division Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training.What experience you'll bring Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and modelling (BPMN) including As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data models.A Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or commensurate industry experience.An understanding of the General Insurance industry would be preferred.Formal Business Analysis qualification (e.g.International Diploma in Business Analysis, IIBA CBAP or Lean Six Sigma certification) would be preferred.A professional and "can do" attitude with a real passion for customer service.A hands on, team focused attitude, ability to learn new systems quickly, experience of working to deadlines in a change driven environment and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.The benefits of working at A&G Be rewarded -
