The Opportunity:
We are seeking customer service superstars to join our vibrant contact centre team as Customer Service Liaisons.
We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and enjoy helping people over the phone. If you are an efficient problem solver who has outstanding customer service skills, we would like to hear from you!
This is a full-time role based in our Tweed Heads South office.
The Role:
* Handling of high volume of inbound calls, clients, carers, family, and staff
* Booking services and actioning variations to pre-existing services
* Working in a team environment
* Updating client information
* Meeting critical deadlines and KPIs associated within a busy contact centre environment.
About You:
* You will be someone that is calm and steady during busy periods.
* Customer focused with an ability to find the best win-win outcome to resolve issues.
* Experience in logistics and rostering (ideally in an aged care environment)
* Previous experience working in customer service industry.
* Well-developed communication skills
* A high level of computer literacy
The Benefits:
* Salary on offer $59,138 per annum ($29.92 per hour) plus 11.5% super
