About the Role Join this iconic business as a Stockroom Manager in overseeing all operations of the offsite location including execution of inventory management with accuracy, ensuring the merchandise is ready and available, receiving shipments and working to ensure the WHS protocols are always followed while leading and collaborating with back and front of house teams. Responsibilities Managing stockroom operations smoothly and efficiently. Developing strategies to increase inventory accuracy. Maintaining high standards of deliveries and transfers across the store. Maintaining high standards on stock preparation such as ticketing, markdowns, floor set execution, and auditing. Delivering a profitable store through margin performance and expense/supply management. Training and developing the team. Ensuring WHS compliance at all times. Effective stock movement reporting and analyzing. Desired Skills & Experience 3+ years operations/logistics experience; specialty retail preferred. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 45 kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques. Proven ability to identify top talent, create teams, and train/develop/retain great people. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in the use of computer systems and software packages.
