The Opportunity
We're looking for a dedicated & experienced NUM to join our team. The role will provide operational and clinical leadership, management and direction for Acute & Maternity wards. As a NUM at Benalla Health, you will join a senior leadership group that is committed to enhancing the patient experience, inspiring fellow workers to be their best and creating a positive workplace culture.
The role of the NUM is to be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality, safe and evidence-based practice across all areas of the Inpatient Services through effective leadership and management of both staff and other resources. Qualifications in midwifery are desirable for the role.
