Salary Bracket: $95,000 - $110,000 + Super + % Role Based Bonus
About the Role As a Campaign Manager at SBM, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our Strategy, Design, Content, and Technology teams to develop creative and effective campaigns that meet client objectives and deliver measurable results. You'll be the key point of contact for your clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, meet deadlines, and drive strong ROI.
Key Skills and Qualifications We're looking for someone with:
3+ years experience in managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Agency Analytics and SEO tools such as SEMRush and Ahrefs. Experience working with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Harvest, or similar Excellent communication skills, with experience in client management and reporting A strategic mindset, with the ability to analyse data and make informed campaign decisions A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Bonus points if you have experience with: Traditional marketing channels alongside digital Digital PR, content marketing, or influencer marketing Working with contractors, agency partners, or larger teams Responsibilities As a Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for:
