We are seeking qualified and experienced Lifestyle Assistants (Wellbeing Assistants) to join our vibrant wellbeing team at our 183-bed aged care residence.
About The Role
As a Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, purposeful, and varied lifestyle programs that positively impact our residents' physiological, physical, and emotional well-being. You will be part of a supportive and fun team dedicated to creating joy and enhancing the lives of our residents.
About You
* Deliver lifestyle programs with experience (prior experience as a Lifestyle/Wellbeing Assistant in aged care is highly desirable).
* Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent) or Cert III/IV in Aging with significant lifestyle experience.
* Be creative, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy.
* Possess a current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
* Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (approved vaccinations).
* Hold a current (less than 12 months old) police check to work with vulnerable people.
